We have invested in the latest advanced diagnostic imaging technology to provide the region with access to a world class diagnostic and therapeutic radiology clinic. Cscan strives to provide the best patient care, compassionately and respectfully. Our staff are highly trained, caring, and love what they do. Our radiologist has worked all over the world, but has chosen Newcastle as his new home. He is experienced, enjoys teaching, and contributes to medical research and imaging equipment development.

Cscan is an independent radiology practice, owned and run wholly by it's radiologist (doctor), who lives and works in Newcastle. This ensures that the healthcare dollars spent in Cscan stay in the Hunter region, rather than going to overseas investors, and also ensures the lowest possible patient out of pocket expenses.
Cscan offers Newcastle’s referrers a radiologist to personally contact at all times . We support our referrers by providing quality images and timely reports. Dedicated to patient care, Cscan has invested in a comprehensive Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS), making it even easier for referrers to access secure patient images and reports online from anywhere in the world. The investment in technology allows our referrers to see images simultaneously with their colleagues; or discuss the images with the radiologist without having to physically locate the printed images any longer.
